We are the only mobile home community located in the City of Bradenton where you will find great shopping nearby. We are a ten-minute bike ride from the Bradenton River Walk and historic Main Street which is lined with sidewalk cafes and has a great nightlife. There are plenty of festivals all season long. We have the Manatee Players Theatre, a museum and art galleries. The area is the fastest growing area in all of Florida.

Close to numerous natural preserves
Robinson Preserve in Bradenton Fl, is a salt marsh now home to jumping mullet and hundreds of other species of fish and other marine life. This preserve is a 600+-acre coastal preserve located in northwestern Bradenton.The interior of the preserve features hiking paths, kayak and canoe waterways, bridges, picnic spots, mangrove forests and a 53-foot-tall tower with a wide-open view of the Tampa Bay area. The 120-year-old Valentine House, moved to the preserve by boat, is near the entrance to the property and is Robinson Preserve’s information and nature center.

There is a professional fitness center with plenty of machines and weights for your workout. At the front of the fitness center we have a combination pool and ping pong table plus a dart board.
In addition, we have an excellent library and activity room for crafts and games. There is never time to get bored at our BTP 55+ community.
Our large community hall seats 300 comfortably and has a huge stage for plays and concerts.
We have three indoor air conditioned pickleball courts.
Our most famous amenity is our 22 professional shuffle board courts with large viewing stands and overhead shading. There are in-house leagues and we host many tournaments throughout the season. .
